Listen To The Weather

You guessed it–this weekend will be rainy and stormy just like this entire week. So expect to be inside or…outside if you like dancing in the rain. The kids might get dirty and jump in some puddles so be ready for that.

“We are seeing a continued sign of rain every day. Risk of flash flooding is still imminent. Rio Rancho will be favored in the afternoon. It’s sorta like whack a mole, only some areas in each city will get some rain while others won’t,” Albuquerque National Weather Service Meteorologist Randall Herdgert said.

Here’s this weekend’s look ahead:

  • Saturday will have 30 percent chance of heavy rain and thunder storms. The high will be 85 and the low will be 61.
  • Sunday about the same with a high of 81 and a low of 60.
  • The chance of precipitation is near 60 percent both days.
