If all goes according to plan, construction on Margarita Hill at Petroglyph Medical Plaza, a food court to be located near M’Tucci’s Moderno and the Presbyterian Rust Medical Center, will start in early 2023.
According to Margarita developer Roy Solomon, who also developed Green Jeans Food Hall and Tin Can Alley, possibly 100 or more people will be employed during construction.
Solomon projects eight tenants will fill Margarita Hill. Until tenants have committed to signing onto the project, Solomon was reluctant to provide any names.
He did say, however, that one of the tenants has been in Rio Rancho for 12 years, and that the finished project may employ close to 150.
