Two men were arrested for burglary and larceny for allegedly breaking into a woman’s home in Sandoval County and stealing some of her personal items.

According to the criminal complaint, Danny Lucero reportedly helped Dominic Lovato break into the house on July 30.

The men stole a black case containing a drill, a weed cutter, and a medical bag which belonged to the woman who owned the house, the complaint said.

Both men face third and fourth degree felonies.

If charged, they could go to jail for up to five years and pay a fine of $10,000.
