Rio Rancho Police Department officers found a stolen vehicle at the Smith’s on NM 528 at 3:45 p.m. March 11.

Two people were occupying the vehicle when officers found it. The driver was identified as Valerie Kosel, 44, of Albuquerque, and the passenger was Isaac Grimm, 26, of Albuquerque.

Kosel was read her Miranda Rights, and she agreed to speak with the arresting officer.
