Santa Ana Pueblo – Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa is no stranger to top destination and resort awards.
The luxury resort — on 550 acres of the Santa Ana Pueblo between Albuquerque and Santa Fe — was named among the “Top 15 Resort Hotels in the West” in Travel + Leisure’s 2022 World’s Best awards.
The awards recognize the best of the best in the travel industry from cities and hotels to cruise lines and airports, according to a press release announcing the award.

The resort is home to the Stables at Tamaya where travelers can embark on horseback rides that explore the banks of the Rio Grande, the Bosque cottonwood forest, and cultural sites including ancient petroglyphs. The Stables at Tamaya also offer volunteer vacation opportunities with the Tamaya Horse Rehabilitation Program, a non-profit organization designed to provides shelter and care for unwanted and neglected horses in New Mexico.
