Today is drier and sunny once again with light breezes here and there that won’t cause too many problems.

Crock pot meals are a life saver on a busy day. From mac n cheese to stew they keep food warm. But on Christmas I use it for breakfast casserole.
It has egg, cheese, sausage and hash browns in it. When it is done I top it with chives. Here is the recipe.
