Ernest Stapleton Elementary School was bursting at the seams as part of the fall carnival Oct. 20.

“This is one of my favorite nights. I think it is fun for a lot of people because kids and families just get to have fun. We get to see them and enjoy them having fun, so it’s a great chance to be part of the community outside of the academic part,” Principal Cheryl Clark said.

There were activities in almost every classroom. The Haunted House had an especially long line of kids and parents.

Teachers who had an activity also enjoyed the event.

“It’s always really fun to see them having fun together,” first-grade teacher Krista Holt said.

Holt was proud of the blood drive organized at the school as well.

“The blood drive was organized to try to help our community and make sure that everybody gets what they need. And we hope it’s a good success today,” Holt said.
