Sandoval County will celebrate the 120th anniversary of its founding on March 10 at the Sandoval County Administration Building.

The public is invited to celebrate with a cake cutting at 11 a.m. and a career fair that runs until 3 p.m.

“We are very proud of Sandoval County,” County Manager Wayne Johnson said. “We are the fastest-growing county in the state and we have hundreds of jobs available throughout our area in multiple industries and local government. What better way to celebrate our 120 years than to connect with our residents and provide job opportunities at the same time? Please join us. It’s a win-win combination: cake and career.”

Participating employers include: Santa Ana Casino Hotel, UNM Sandoval Regional Medical Center, Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa, the city of Rio Rancho, Sandia Casino and the village of Corrales.

Space is still available for employers. Applications for employers with companies or offices in Sandoval County can contact the county’s Director of Marketing and Communications, Shawn Perry-Turner at 505-867-7640 or [email protected]
