Sandia Area, New Mexico’s fourth-largest credit union, announced the appointment of a new head of human resource operations.
Annalee Bradley, vice president of human resources for the credit union, stepped into the role in early April. Bradley has more than 15 years of experience working in health care and food distribution. This role is her first in the financial industry.
“Credit unions are inherently people-focused, just like HR,” Bradley said. “This is a wonderful opportunity for me to help support and grow an amazing team that’s dedicated to helping others meet their financial goals.”
Bradley graduated from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management and holds both SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications. She’s a supporter of various charitable organizations including both the Roadrunner Food Bank and Special Olympics.
Sandia Area was founded in 1956 as a member-owned full-service financial institution and has since grown to serve more than 79,000 members throughout Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales and Santa Fe.
