RRPD Fleming promoted to sergeant

Rio Rancho Officer Daniel Fleming has been promoted to the rank of sergeant.

Throughout his career he has accomplished many milestones, including becoming a K-9 Handler, SWAT Team Leader and receiving two Life Saving Awards.
