March 14

Dennis Ray Goodwin, 66, 1700 block of Hudson River Road, was charged with battery on a household member at Presbyterian Rust Medical Center, 2400 Unser Blvd.

Danyelle Nicole Martinez, 30, Jemez Springs, was served with a misdemeanor warrant in the 500 block of First Avenue.

Roy Allan Schimming, 79, Cloudcroft, was charged with criminal damage to a household member’s property in the 2600 block of Maricopa Drive.

Seth Aaron Montano, 29, 1700 block of Chisholm Trail, was charged with battery on a household member, assault on a household member, criminal damage to a household member’s property and interference with communications at home.

Teeah J. Toya, 28, Jemez Pueblo, was charged with battery on a household member in the 500 block of First Avenue.

 

March 15

Danielle Gennie Pacheco, 29, 200 block of 18th Street, was charged with false imprisonment, battery on a household member and interference with communications at home.

 

March 16

Derek Jerome O’Neill, 36, Albuquerque, was served with a misdemeanor warrant at Southern Boulevard and Peachtree Road.

Esperanza Faith McGee, 22, 200 block of San Juan de Rio Drive, was served with a felony warrant in the 1600 block of Jane Place.

Marissa Raquel Lujan, 29, Albuquerque, was served with a misdemeanor warrant at Latitudes, 2401 NM 528.

Seth Michael Adams, 22, 3000 block of Cascades Trail, was charged with misdemeanor shoplifting at Walmart, 901 Unser.

Sergio Matthew Chacon, 21, 900 block of Country Club Drive, was served with a misdemeanor warrant at home.
