Glenna Webb, 72, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery upon a household member in the 200 block of Chaparral Loop.

Isaiah Montoya, 24, of Albuquerque, was summoned for embezzlement of a motor vehicle in the 3000 block of Solano Meadows Drive.

Robert Gancarz, 43, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked at Unser Blvd. and Northern Blvd.

Jan. 22

Travis Morgan, 30, of Albuquerque, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass at Walmart on Unser Blvd.

Faith Medeiros, 62, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon against a household member and negligent use of a deadly weapon in the 500 block of Montego Drive.

Gerald Sanchez, 37, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI, driving while license revoked and failure to maintain traffic lane on NM 528.

Jan. 23

Mario Maestas, 28, of Ojo Caliente, was arrested for unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, larceny and no driver’s license at Advanced Auto Parts on Crestview Drive.

Jan. 24

Joshua Cantrell, 42, of Indiana, was summoned for fraud and theft of identity at the Rio Rancho State Employees Credit Union.

Emanuel Sandoval, 37, of Cuba, was summoned for battery upon a health care worker at Sandoval Regional Medical Center.

Jeremy Lambert, 48, of Albuquerque, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on Pinetree Road.

David Hernandez, 50, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for assault against a household member on the 3000 block of Mason Meadows Drive.

Jan. 25

Jennifer Jones, 39, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked on Enchanted Hills Blvd.

Jan. 26

William Snow, 33, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member in the 4900 block of Sandia Peak Road.

Jan. 27

Nathaniel Tosa, 58, of Jemez Pueblo, was arrested for driving while license revoked, failure to maintain traffic lane and illegible registration plate on NM 528 at 19th Ave.
