Daniel Gomez, 46, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for criminal damage to property at the Circle K on Southern Blvd.

April 24:

Jaime Ruiz, 37, of Albuquerque, was arrested for battery, larceny and two counts possession of a controlled substance near the corner of NM 528 and Corrales Road.

Tyler Janke, 27, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI, open container and careless driving near Corrales Road and NM 528.

April 25:

Adrian Puentes, 34, of Pena Blanca, was arrested for driving while license revoked near NM 528 and Ridgecrest Drive.

April 26:

James Ward, 42, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for concealing identity near the Sonic on Southern Blvd.

April 27:

Rayven Weisenberger, 29, of Albuquerque, was arrested for shoplifting at Target on Crestview Drive.

Danielle Velasquez, 33, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts at the corner of Southern Blvd. and Unser Blvd.

David Jones, 51, of Albuquerque, was arrested for receiving or transferring stolen motor vehicles near Southern Blvd.

Amanda Armijo, 49, of Albuquerque, was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and shoplifting at the Home Depot on US 550.

Mikal Chavarria, 29, of Albuquerque, was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and n possession of firearm or destructive device at the Home Depot on US 550.

April 28:

Nathan Jacobsen, 38, of Albuquerque, was arrested for embezzlement of a motor vehicle and possession of destructive device/firearm near NM 528.

Robert Rodriguez, 24, of Albuquerque, was arrested for receiving or transferring stolen motor vehicles near NM 528.

April 29:

Delfin Cordova, 46, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated battery and aggravated assault against a household member near Orejo De Oro Road.

Brock McKinney, 22, of Santa Fe, was arrested for DWI and speeding near 19th Avenue.

Miguel Ortigoza, 36, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI, no proof of insurance and failure to give immediate notice of accidents near Slate Street.
