The Rio Rancho Home Improvement Marketplace Show returns Feb. 4-5 at the Rio Rancho Events Center.

“Each year, we search for the best of the best in home improvement. This year’s event features New Mexico’s finest home improvement experts and a super lineup of exciting new exhibitors,” said David Griffin, president of New Mexico Business.

John Pravato of Interact Productions and Griffin of High Desert Broadcast Communications are the hosts for the event.

According to Griffin, new exhibitors will be at the event to celebrate the return of the home show for the first time in three years.

It will showcase different categories of home improvement like solar, Just Sprinklers, lighting and more.

The Home Improvement Show has been a recurring event since 2007 in Rio Rancho and has put on more than 30 events in the Albuquerque Metro/Rio Rancho area.

Interact Productions has 20 years experience producing home improvement and remodeling shows in Albuquerque and other major markets.

Griffin has 30 years experience in every form of marketing, advertising and creative.

This year the event will feature a “Public Safety” Chili Cook-off on Feb. 4 that will have members of Rio Rancho Police and Fire Rescue cooking chili to benefit the TEN-82 foundation.

Mayor Gregg Hull says he will be cooking, too.

“It is going to be a lot of fun,” he said.

The main goal is to incentivize businesses to find a home in RR and help residents improve their home at the same time.

“We are committed to holding down attendance ticket prices and exhibitor booth costs, and we’re proud to have the best home improvement companies at the Rio Rancho Home Improvement show,” Griffin said.
