RR gets rain, wind for weekend as Phil doesn’t see his shadow

Punxsutawney Phil, a groundhog, did not see his shadow early this morning so spring is said to come early this year. In RR rain today, snow tonight and then wind tomorrow will make folks feel like spring is eons away.
There is a high wind warning for Saturday with gusts as high as 40 mph.
Showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 11am. Then slight chance of rain showers, mixing with snow after 8pm, then gradually ending. High near 50 and a low around 31. South wind 10 to 15 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 49 and a low around 28. Windy, with a west wind 20 to 25 mph increasing to 25 to 30 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.
Sunny, with a high near 51 and a low around 29. Northwest wind around 15 mph.
