Sept. 1

Tianna Marie Rivera, 23, 100 block of Dakota Morning Road, was served with a misdemeanor warrant at Walmart Neighborhood Market, 1115 NM 528.

Attilla Simon Duran, 21, 4500 block of Arrowhead Ridge Drive, was charged with battery on a household member, criminal damage to the property of a household member, aggravated stalking, and interference with communications and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer at home.

Angela D. Soto, 55, Albuquerque, was charged with misdemeanor shoplifting at Ridgeway Drive and High Resort Boulevard.

Donald Mills, 18, 3300 block of Cochiti Street, was charged with reckless driving, fleeing a police officer and driving without a license at Unser and Westside boulevards.

A 15-year-old was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on a household member at home.

Jeremy Andrew Gurule, 20, 2500 block of Harvard Drive, was charged with misdemeanor receiving stolen property at home.

Kasandra Miramontes, 27, 200 block of Saffin Drive, was served with a misdemeanor warrant in the 1700 block of Borealis Avenue.

Robert Edgar Bernard III, 30, 300 block of Geraldine Loop, was served with a felony warrant in the 1700 block of Borealis.

Reese Neve McKenzie, 25, 5400 block of Roosevelt Loop, was served with a misdemeanor warrant at NM 528 and Quantum Road.

 

Sept. 2

Christopher Joseph Fernandez, 30, 2700 block of Oak Hills Drive, was charged with criminal damage to property at 3201 Southern.

Isaiah James Holtry, 21, 1600 block of Jane Place, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance in the 3500 block of Havasu Falls Street.

Mark Aragon, 32, Albuquerque, was charged with driving on a revoked license and no evidence of registration at Lisbon Avenue and Southern.

Nicole M. Lesansee, 28, Albuquerque, was charged with aggravated DWI, open container of alcohol in the vehicle, no evidence of registration, no insurance and speeding by 16-20 mph at NM 528 and High Resort Boulevard.

Rogelio A. Rosas Jr., 29, 2500 block of Durango Road, was served with a felony warrant in the 1700 block of Geraldine Place.

 

Sept. 3

Victoriano Trinidad, 46, 1700 block of Hudson River Road, was charged with aggravated DWI at Northern Boulevard and Monterrey Road.

Carlos Joseph Garcia, 44, 4800 block of Leon Grande Avenue, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 5000 block of Brown Bear Drive.

Christopher James Guardino, 42, 200 block of Charlene Road, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 300 block of Geraldine Loop.

Christopher M. Urias, 30, 800 block of Uranium Drive, was charged with disorderly conduct at Smith’s Food and Drug Store, 1000 NM 528.

Jorge A. Garcia Rodriguez, 23, Albuquerque, was charged with aggravated DWI and failure to obey a traffic-control signal at NM 528 and Northern.

Jeremy Ignacio Mares, 23, 400 block of Third Street, was charged with aggravated DWI and speeding by 1-10 mph at NM 528 and Westside Boulevard.

Joselyn Elizabeth Ruelas, 28, 2800 block of Cielo Azul Drive, was served with a misdemeanor warrant at Don Julio Road and NM 528.

Jordan Ryan Werling, 20, 500 block of Minturn Court, was charged with residential burglary, criminal damage to property and resisting an officer in the 400 block of Stallion Road.

Luis Rodriguez-Casillas, 40, 1700 block of Strawberry Drive, was charged with aggravated DWI, open container of alcohol in the vehicle, no driver’s license and careless driving at Unser and Black Hills Road.

 

Sept. 4

Ernest Michael Curley, 39, 6700 block of Pasilla Road, was charged with assault on a household member at home.

Frederick J. Trujillo, 40, 3100 block of 15th Avenue, was charged with interference with officers and served with a misdemeanor warrant at 2505 Southern.

Joe P. Quintana, 39, Santa Fe, was charged with assault, conspiracy to commit felony shoplifting and felony shoplifting at Lowe’s Home Improvement, 3805 Northern.

Paige Katelynn Cheromiah, 23, Laguna Pueblo, was charged with receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle and felony possession of a controlled substance at Westside and NM 528.

 

Sept. 5

Victor Garcia, 38, 200 block of 19th Street, was served with a misdemeanor warrant at Unser and Westside boulevards.

Dion Gabriel Gutierrez, 48, 4700 block of Zirconia Drive, was charged with battery at home.

Israel Amarante Gonzales, 19, 600 block of Eighth Street, was charged with violation of a restraining order prohibiting domestic violence in the 1200 block of Desert Paintbrush Loop.

John Abel Baker II, 27, Bernalillo, was charged with battery in the 4700 block of Zirconia Drive.

Jesse Ray Chavez, 19, 70 block of Darlene Road, was charged with driving on a revoked license at 18th and Fifth streets.

Peter Sasha Avidis Dulkerian, 25, 1800 block of Gallinas Road, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at Unser and Pine Road.

Ronnie J. Garcia, 40, Albuquerque, was served with a misdemeanor warrant at 3601 NM 528.

 

Sept. 6

AJ Apachito, 28, Laguna Pueblo, was served with a misdemeanor warrant in the 300 block of Fleet Road.

Charles Ernest Stewart, 31, Albuquerque, was charged with unlawful use of a license at Rio Rancho Police Department, 500 Quantum Road.

Jonathan Vantussenbroek, 27, 100 block of Darlene Road, was charged with misdemeanor shoplifting at Walgreens, 1941 Southern.

Kyle F. Francisco, 28, 1400 block of Jemez Loop, was charged with DWI at High Resort and Loma Colorado boulevards.

 

Sept. 7

Travis Keith Morgan, 27, Albuquerque, was charged with felony shoplifting and served with a misdemeanor warrant, and Brianna Sanchez, 25, Alcalde, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance at 3805 Northern Blvd.

Antonia Gallegos, 44, Albuquerque, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 1800 block of Lee Loop.

Chelsea Leanne Hart, 29, 100 block of Lisbon Avenue, was charged with felony shoplifting at 2007 Southern.

A 16-year-old boy was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon on a household member, battery on a household member and criminal damage to the property of a household member at home.

Lambert Benally, 45, Albuquerque, was charged with aggravated DWI, open container of alcohol in the vehicle and driving on a revoked license in the 4200 block of Sabana Loop.

Lachel Patricia Sandoval, 36, San Felipe Pueblo, was charged with unlawful use of a license at Rio Rancho Police Department, 500 Quantum Road.
