May 16 

Erica Renae Guiterrez-Lynch, 21, Rio Rancho, was served with a felony warrant in the 3900 block of Southern Boulevard. 

Christopher Anton Ortega, 36, Rio Rancho, was arrested on suspicion of battery (household member) and deprivation of property (household member) in the 1600 block of Evelyn Drive. 

May 17 

Joseph A. Gallegos, 39, Rio Rancho was arrested on suspicion of attempted aggravated battery (household member), third offense, in the 800 block of Fraser Drive. 

Arnold Garcia, 36, Albuquerque, was arrested on suspicion of driving while license was revoked, DWI-related, and served with a misdemeanor warrant in the 3000 block of Unser Boulevard. 

Jeanette Y. Morrow, 39, Rio Rancho, was arrested on suspicion of negligent use of weapons in the 6100 block of Matamoros Road. 

Albert Paul Munoz Perea, 40, Bernalillo, was served with a misdemeanor warrant in the 4000 block of Southern Boulevard. 

Alison Olivia Sayer, 37, Albuquerque, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, careless driving (careless, inattentive or imprudent), and improper display of registration plate in the 1400 block of Unser Boulevard. 

May 18 

Michael Edward Faris, 32, Albuquerque was served with a misdemeanor warrant in the 3500 block of NM 528. 

Cesar Gonzales, 37, of Albuquerque was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear at the time and place stated in citation in the 500 block of Quantum Road. 

Josette Rose Reichman, 21, Rio Rancho was arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery in the 2300 block of Agua Fria Drive. 

Jewell Cordelia Wesley, 77, Rio Rancho was arrested on suspicion of battery (household member) in the 2500 block of Manzano Loop. 

May 19 

Deyby J. Cruz, 34, Albuquerque was served with a felony warrant in the 1600 block of NM 528. 

Raven Willow Deswood, 26, Albuquerque was arrested on suspicion of battery and served with a felony warrant on the 600 block of Stallion Road. 

Tony Ely Pino, 46, Rio Rancho was arrested on suspicion of battery (household member) in the 1100 block of Meadowlark Way. 

Jonathan Thompson, 45, Lititz, Pennsylvania, was arrested on suspicion of alteration or forgery of a driver’s license and fraud (over $20,000) in the 7800 block of Enchanted Hills Boulevard. 

Christopher Michael Urias, 30, Rio Rancho was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct in the 1100 block of NM 528. 

Jayden Tyler Wheeler, 22, Rio Rancho was arrested on suspicion of embezzlement of a motor vehicle, first offense, on the 1400 block of NM Highway 528. 

May 20 

Marco Loera, 23, Albuquerque was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, in the 1600 block of NM 528. 

Maria Leanna Valdez, 43, Rio Rancho was served with a felony warrant in the 2200 block of Mayapan Road. 

May 21 

Erica L. Berryhill, 37, Rio Rancho was arrested on suspicion of battery (household member) in the 2100 block of Deer Trail Loop. 

Amanda M. Chacon, 33, Rio Rancho was arrested on suspicion of battery (household member) in the 2400 block of NM 528. 

Phillip Fredric Haase, 55, Rio Rancho was arrested on suspicion of battery (household member) in the 800 block of Polaris Boulevard. 

David Hernandez, 40, Albuquerque was served with a misdemeanor warrant in the 900 block of Country Club Road. 

Juan Ignacio Hidalgo, 57, Albuquerque was arrested on suspicion of battery upon a peace officer in the 3000 block of Civic Center Circle. 

Richard Ignacio Macias, 35, Rio Rancho was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor in the 1700 block of Northern Boulevard/Acorn Loop. 

Tomas Marcos Martinez, 36, Rio Rancho was served with a misdemeanor warrant in the 1900 block of Grande Boulevard/20th Avenue. 

Eric Joel Munoz, 27, Rio Rancho was served with a misdemeanor warrant in the 1000 block of Grace Court. 

James Edward Peterson, 38, Rio Rancho was arrested on suspicion of driving while license was revoked, DWI-related, speeding (by over 1-10 mph) and no insurance in the 1100 block of Golf Course Road/Jane Circle. 

Fletcher Douglas Thrower, 35, Rio Rancho was arrested on suspicion of aggravated stalking (violation of protection order) in the 4400 block of Denise Drive. 

May 22 

Amjad S. Al-Washah, 33, of Albuquerque was arrested on suspicion of aggravated stalking (violation of protection order) in the 500 block of Santa Fe Meadows Drive. 

Wade Jude Thibodeaux, 43, Rio Rancho was arrested on suspicion of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and was served with a misdemeanor warrant in the 2400 block of Corvara Drive.
