April 11

Alicia N. Benavides, 33, 400 block of San Juan de Rio Drive, was charged with battery on a household member and resisting an officer, and served with a misdemeanor warrant at home.

Andrew Kristopher Steagall, 27, 4400 block of Los Reyes Road, was served with a misdemeanor warrant in the same block.

Breanna N. Esparza, 27, 1600 block of 14th Street, was served with a misdemeanor warrant in the 4400 block of Los Reyes Road.

Damian G. Esquibel, 45, San Felipe Pueblo, was served with a misdemeanor warrant at UNM Sandoval Regional Medical Center, 3001 Broadmoor Blvd.

Deonna Bridgette Maes, 24, Moriarty, was charged with shoplifting at Walmart, 901 Unser Blvd.

Garrett Thomas Ray Greene, 25, 400 block of Rockaway Boulevard, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and served with a misdemeanor warrant at home.

Maria Rena Valdez, 29, 1600 block of Brenda Road, was served with a misdemeanor warrant in the 100 block of Parkside Road.

Robert Allan Hart, 31, 100 block of Lisbon Avenue, was served with a misdemeanor warrant at Pecos Loop and Nyasa Road.

Yasmin Ortiz, 34, 400 block of First Street, was served with a misdemeanor warrant in the 1500 block of Cabezon Commons.

 

April 12

Daniela Acosta Mendez, 37, Corrales, was charged with petty larceny in the 2200 block of Lema Road.

Daemon Perea, 23, 6300 block of Roadrunner Loop, was charged with battery on a household member and disorderly conduct at UNM Sandoval Regional Medical Center, 3001 Broadmoor Blvd.

Daniel R. Velasquez, 20, Albuquerque, was charged with driving on a revoked license at 333 NM 528.

Darryl Vigil, 34, Jemez Pueblo, was charged with aggravated DWI, open container of alcohol in the vehicle, speeding by 1-10 mph, no insurance, expired registration and unlawful use of a license at Southern Boulevard and Nicklaus Drive.

Herwyn D. Garcia, 41, Santo Domingo Pueblo, was charged with shoplifting at Walmart, 901 Unser.

James Michael Gurule, 46, 7700 block of Lincoln Avenue, was charged with battery on a household member and criminal damage to a household member’s property at home.

Michael Brian Urioste, 51, Albuquerque, was served with a misdemeanor warrant at Rio Rancho Police Department, 500 Quantum Road.

 

April 13

Damian G. Esquibel, 45, San Felipe Pueblo, was charged with disorderly conduct at UNM Sandoval Regional Medical Center, 3001 Broadmoor Blvd.

David Adrian Valenzuela Jr., 27, 900 block of Charles Drive, was served with a misdemeanor warrant at Walmart, 901 Unser.
