Rio Rancho students in pre-k through sixth grade can now register for summer camps at the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History.

The museum will host “Science is Everywhere” camps from May 30 to Aug. 4. Students will experience science and fun activities from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Five-day camps are $330 per child per week, and four-day camps are $264 per child per week.

The museum’s education team will divide camp topics into weeklong camps that are multi-age collaborative camper experiences. The full-day camp programs run from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Before-care is available from 7:30-8:30 a.m. and after-care from 3:30-5:30 p.m. There is no additional cost for before-and after-care, and they are available regardless of the camper’s use.
