RIO RANCHO — The Rio Rancho Observer launched a new podcast series, “Leading Ladies of Rio Rancho,” today.

The series brings in business and community leaders from the Rio Rancho and Sandoval County communities for conversations on what they do, why they do it and the issues they face.

“We’re looking at new and different ways to reach our audience,” said Observer editor Tracy Goldizen, who hosts the series. “With the popularity of podcasts exploding in recent years, we took a look at how we might be able to utilize the medium for our community,”

The first episode features Amanda Davis and Jalene Berger, who spoke about the Rio Rancho Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Women in Leadership Group.

The episode is available on the Observer’s YouTube page, Soundcloud and rrobserver.com.
