A little bit of snow couldn’t stop revelers from heading to O’Hare’s Grille & Pub in Rio Rancho Friday to take part in St. Patrick’s Day festivities.
O’Hare’s was full and on a wait since it opened at 11 a.m. By late afternoon the place was still jam-packed with a crowd enjoying all things Irish. Several brave souls were enjoying the party on the heated patio.
O’Hare’s had corned beef and cabbage, shepard’s pie, Irish stew, soda bread, Irish cream bash cheesecake, Irish whiskey cake, Boston cream pie and all of the libations on the menu Friday. Bagpipers performed, and the Guinness Girls were on hand to give away prizes.
