Rio Rancho Public Schools and other city officials celebrated the grand opening for Shining Stars Preschool’s new location during Tuesday’s ribbon cutting ceremony.
The new building is at 2100 Lionel Street NE in northwest Rio Rancho, near the intersection of Loma Colorado and Montezuma boulevards. The previous building was located near the intersection of Rockaway and Northern boulevards.
