Submission Policy:

The Rio Rancho Observer welcomes guest opinions and letters to the editor.
Length and verification: Guest columns and letters to the editor may not exceed 500 words. We reserve the right to copy edit submissions as deemed necessary, for clarity, AP style and space considerations. All submissions must include the author’s name, city of residence and contact phone number or email address for verification. Phone numbers and email addresses will not be published. Anonymous submissions will not be considered.
Each writer is allowed one printed submission per month.
Policy: While we enthusiastically welcome submissions from our readers, the Rio Rancho Observer reserves the right to not publish any submission made herein. Obscene, libelous, discriminatory or unnecessarily inflammatory material will not be published. Submissions do not necessarily reflect opinions of Rio Rancho Observer staff, management or ownership—nor are we endorsing submitted content by publishing it. Submissions are not fact-checked.
