New Mexico’s COVID-19 test positivity rate continued its gradual drop on Thursday.
The state Department of Health, which added 384 new cases Thursday, reported a test positivity rate of 4.8 percent.
Sandoval County added 32 new cases on Thursday. ZIP code 87124 (southern Rio Rancho) had the third-highest case count by ZIP code, with 13.
Of the 14 new COVID-19 deaths reported Thursday, none were Sandoval County residents.
As of Thursday, 161 people are hospitalized in New Mexico for COVID-19.
