ALBUQUERQUE – Molina Healthcare of New Mexico announced Thursday that Dr. Darcie Robran-Marquez will serve as the health plan’s chief medical officer.

Robran-Marquez has more than two decades of experience as a practicing physician, health-care executive and thought leader in Medicare and Medicaid services.

“We are excited to welcome Dr. Robran-Marquez back to the Molina family,” said Carolyn Ingram, plan president for Molina Healthcare of New Mexico. “Her record of success and dedication to improving the lives of New Mexicans makes Dr. Robran-Marquez an ideal fit for the chief medical officer role.”

Robran-Marquez previously served as chief medical officer and vice president with Presbyterian Healthcare Services. She also held similar roles during her time with Molina between 2012 and 2017.

She is a New Mexico native and graduated with honors from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. She also holds an Master of Business Administration in health-care management.
