Amreston Homes entered two of its houses in the 2022 Spring Parade of Homes – and both swept their award categories.

The Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico ran the Spring Parade of Homes, which included 22 homes, most open to the public to tour.

Judges gave awards for Best Kitchen, Best Bath, Best Interior Decorating and Premier (best overall in category). Amreston’s Indigo house and Pinon house both won all of those awards in their categories.

The Indigo model home is a 1,918-square-foot, three-bedroom, 2½-bath home in the Lavender Fields community in Albuquerque’s North Valley. It’s the signature community for the 2022 Spring and Fall Parades of Homes.

The Pinon model home is a 2,188-square-foot, four-bedroom, 2½-bath, three-car-garage home in the Vista Entrada neighborhood of Rio Rancho.

Amreston Homes, based in Rio Rancho, officially launched as a new home builder in March 2020.
