Light wind, freezing night

It is going to get really cold tonight and will dip below 20 degrees but winds aren’t as strong today.

Albuquerque National Weather Service says,”Tonight and Friday night will see bitter cold temperatures with wind chills falling to the negatives and negative teens across western and northern NM!”

Cold nights can make it difficult to sleep and shivering pets don’t make for comforting white noise.

An easy trick to warm up that I use is to eat red meat. Food that takes longer to digest warms your body.
