Those of us in the Chessman Drive area between Broadmoor and Northern Boulevards have problems.

Coming in the community, one sees sewers, drains and curbs, but not in our Chessman area and around us.

There are even many gravel streets. Rains come down these hilly streets full blast, and if they don’t end up as a lake on your landscape, the sand and silt these waters leave behind have become unbearable.

We all pay our fair share of taxes here, yet we don’t have the same water removal in our area that a majority of Rio Rancho has. Isn’t it time we get the same thing all other Rio Rancho taxpayers get?

We are drowning here and need help.
