Plaintiff, Dennis Murphy, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Richard H. Young, deceased publishes this notice with the express consent of the Court to serve process on Defendant Wesley Lundy in the above-captioned matter. This is a civil lawsuit wherein Plaintiff seeks a monetary judgment against Defendants Wesley Lundy and Walgreen’s Co.. Plaintiff Dennis Murphy, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Richard H. Young, deceased has requested that the Court Enter a Judgment against both Defendant Wesley Lundy and Walgreen’s Co. for the following relief: compensatory and punitive damages, injuries, losses, attorney’s fees, costs, and interest recoverable under the law, including pre-judgment interest, and for such other and additional relief as the Court may deem proper.
