TO: Kristin Marie Taylor, AKA Kristah Triplett Hickles and Willie Charles McDaniels, the biological Parents of Jayden Jonah Matthew McDaniels, DOB: September 11, 2007:
A Verified Petition for Adoption has been filed in the above captioned and numbered cause. The adoptee, Jayden Jonah Matthew McDaniels, was born on September 11, 2007, in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin to Kristin Marie Taylor. Willie Charles McDaniels is believed to be the Adoptee’s father. You are each notified that unless you file a written response to the Petition within twenty (20) days, in the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Sandoval County, NM, your consent to the adoption will not be required and the Petitioner will request a default judgment be entered against you terminating your parental rights be default.
