GREETINGS:
You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. F/K/A the Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. (“BONY”) has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to foreclose a mortgage on property located at 47 Cherri Court, Corrales, New Mexico, 87048, said property being more particularly described as:
- LOT NUMBERED A-4, RECLINING ACRES, OF “REPLAT OF TRACT A, RECLINING ACRES, A SUBDIVISION IN SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO”, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON DECEMBER 11, 1985.
Unless you serve a pleading or motion in response to the Complaint in said cause on or before 20 days after the last publication date, judgment by default will be entered against you.
