You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to foreclose a mortgage on property located as 442 WESTERN HILLS DRIVE SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124, Sandoval County, New Mexico, said property being more particularly described as:
- LOT NUMBERED THREE (3) IN BLOCK NUMBERED THIRTEEN (13), PANORAMA HEIGHTS WEST, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT ENTITLED, ‘PANORAMA HEIGHTS WEST, RIO RANCHO ESTATES, TOWN OF ALAMEDA GRANT, SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO’, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON MARCH 1, 1979 IN PLAT BOOK NUMBER 3, PAGE 54.
