Vulcan Materials Company announces its intent to apply to the New Mexico Environment Department for an air quality permit to construct a General Construction Permit, GCP-2-1375 (Quarrying, Crushing and Screening Facility). The name of this facility is Pena Blanca Crusher. The expected date of the submittal of our application for an air quality permit to the Air Quality Bureau is November 14, 2022. This notice is a requirement according to New Mexico air quality regulations.
The exact location of the facility is/will be UTM Zone 13, UTM Easting 380,730 m, UTM Northing 3,936,800 m. The approximate location of this site is 1.20 miles east of Pena Blanca in Sandoval County.
Air emissions of any regulated air contaminant will be less than or equal to:

The standard operating schedule of this facility will be during daylight hours only.
