Your interest in the Paul S. Fancher, Jr. Trust dated May 30, 1975, as amended, may be barred or affected by the following:
The decedent, Paul S. Fancher, Jr., who lived at 900 Loma Colorado Blvd. NE #3213, Rio Rancho, New
Mexico 87124, died on November 5, 2021. There is no personal representative of the
decedent’s estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Paul S. Fancher, Jr. Trust dated May 30, 1975, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Mary K. Fancher, 900 Loma Colorado Blvd. NE #3213, Rio Rancho, New Mexico 87124, within four (4) months after the date of publication of this Notice.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
