STATE OF NEW MEXICO to the following Defendants: (1) Los Vecinos Company; (2) Robert S. Goodwin; (3) Nina L. Goodwin; (4) Thomas F. Garcia; (5) Julie Garcia; and (6) All Unknown Claimants of Interest in the Property Adverse to Plaintiff (collectively the “Defendants”), GREETINGS:

You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled court and cause, the general object thereof being to quiet title to the following described real estate:

Lot Twenty-one (21), of Thompson Ridge Estates, a Subdivision of Sandoval County, New Mexico, as shown and designated on the Plat thereof filed in the office of the County Clerk of Sandoval County, New Mexico on June 22nd, 1966, and refiled on July 29th, 1969.

That unless you enter your appearance in said cause on or before 30 days after the last day of publication, judgment by default will be entered against you.
