STATE OF NEW MEXICO to the following Defendants: (1) the Estate of Fernando Armijo, Deceased, (2) the Unknown Heirs, Devisees and Legatees of Fernando Armijo, (3) Onofre F. Sandoval, If Living, If Deceased, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, and Legatees of Onofre F. Sandoval, (4) Paul F. Lawlis, If Living, If Deceased, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, and Legatees of Paul F. Lawlis, (5) Frances Farmer Lawlis, If Living, If Deceased, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, and Legatees of Frances Farmer Lawlis, and (6) All Unknown Claimants of Interest in the Property Adverse to Plaintiff (collectively, “Defendants”), GREETINGS:

You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled court and cause, the general object thereof being to quiet title in and to the following described real estate:

The North Half of the South Half (N ½ S ½) of Section 5 within Township 13 North, Range 1 West, N.M.P.M. Small Holding Claim 3215 of Fernando Armijo.

That unless you enter your appearance in said cause on or before 30 days after the last day of publication, judgment by default will be entered against you.
