NOTICE OF PETITION
FOR CHANGE OF NAMES

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of NMSA 1978, Sections 40-8-1 through 40-8-3 (1999), the Petitioners, Frank Andrew Ambrose and Jaune Smith, residents of the Village of Corrales, County of Sandoval, State of New Mexico, have filed a petition to change the names of Amira M. Blickenstaff and Addilyn R. Blickenstaff, minor children, in the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, County of Sandoval, State of New Mexico, wherein the Petitioners seek to change the names of Amira Marie Blickenstaff from her current name to her proposed name of Amira Marie Blickenstaff Ambrose and Addilyn Rochelle Blicknestaff from her current name to her proposed name of Addilyn Rochelle Blickenstaff Ambrose. The petition to change the names of the foregoing minor children from Amira Marie Blickenstaff to Amira Marie Blickenstaff Ambrose and Addilyn Rochelle Blicknestaff to Addilyn Rochelle Blicknestaff Ambrose will be heard by the Honorable James A. Noel, District Court Judge, on the 2nd day of November, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. at the Sandoval Judicial Complex at 1500 Idalia Rd., Bernalillo, New Mexico.
