THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF RIO RANCHO, NEW MEXICO, will consider the following matter at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2020:
Zone Map Amendment

The applicant, Tyler Gerard, is requesting approval of a zone map amendment to change the zoning from SU: Special Use for Hotel and Restaurant to SU: Special Use for Multi-family and C-1: Retail Commercial uses at 1465 New Mexico Highway 528 SE, legally known as Unit 16, Lot F, Tract F.

Applicant, DBG Properties, LLC, through their agent, Consensus Planning Inc., is requesting approval for a Zone Map Amendment for the property legally described as Enchanted Hills Unit 12, Tract PH3. The applicant requests to change the zoning from a portion of R-6: Multi-Family Residential and a portion of SU: Special Use for Commercial, Industrial to modify 5.8 acres of the property to add R-6: Multi-Family Residential to the existing SU/Special Use zoning.

Applicant, DBG Properties, LLC., through their agent, Consensus Planning, Inc., is requesting approval for an amendment to the Unit 20 & Enchanted Hills Unit 12 Master Plans.
The meetings are scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend. Materials related to these items are available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
