PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE CITY OF RIO RANCHO, NEW MEXICO, will consider the following matters at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 14, 2021:
The applicant, Kassandra Romero, is requesting approval of a variance to the 10′ front setback requirement, as detailed within Chapter 154.60 (D)(3) for an existing carport located at 634 Baltic Ave SE
Conditional Use Permit
The applicant, Clear Channel Outdoor LLC, through their agent Spangler, Pacheco & Werbelow PA, is requesting approval of a conditional use permit, as required within Chapter 156.33, for an existing off-premises digital billboard located at 2400 Unser Blvd SE
The applicant, Sandia View, LLC, through their agent, Huitt-Zollars, Inc., request approval for a Preliminary Plat to subdivide 64.5 acres of SU: Special Use C-1 & O-1 uses, legally described as Cabezon, Tract 14A-1A into 26 tracts.
Zone Map Amendment
The applicant, Las Ventanas NM, Inc., through their agent, Consensus Planning, Inc, request approval of a Zone Map Amendment for the property legally described as RRE Unit 13, Block 118, Lots 1-9 and 16A-20A from SU: Special Use for NC: Neighborhood Commercial and from R-6 Multi-Family Residential to R-2: Single Family Residential.
Specific Area Plan
The applicant, Las Ventanas NM, Inc., through their agent, Consensus Planning, Inc, request approval of an amendment to the Broadmoor Drive Specific Area Plan to amend the land uses to Medium Density Residential for the properties legally described as RRE Unit 13, Block 118, Lots 1-9 and 16A-20A.
The applicant, Tierra Del Oro Development, LLC, through their agent, Mark Goodwin & Associates, PA, requests approval of a subdivision variance for the side and rear 5-foot Public Utility Easements for Tierra Del Oro, Phase II.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend in-person or virtually at www.rrnm.gov. Materials related to these items are available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
