THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE CITY OF RIO RANCHO, NEW MEXICO, will consider the following matter at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, August 10, 2021:

Introducing an Ordinance which amends the Municipal Code of the City of Rio Rancho by adding a Chapter which creates Regulations for Cannabis Establishments; And Provides for Severability, Codification and an Effective Date.

Site Plan
Request #21-160-00005

The applicant, Michael McDermott, through his agent, Kristina Yu, requests approval of a site plan for the property located at 801 Loma Colorado Blvd NE to expand the McDermott Athletic Center for an event center.

Preliminary/Final Plat
Case #21-210-00013

The applicant, B&A Real Estate Investment, LLC, through their agent, Cartesian Surveys, requests approval of a combination Preliminary/Final Plat to subdivide the R-1: Single Family zoned property legally described as Unit 13, Block 145, Lot 11, into 2 lots and 1 tract.

The meetings are scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend. Materials related to these items are available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
