The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Rio Rancho will consider the following matter at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 27, 2021:

The applicant, Lomas Encantadas Development Co., through their agent Huitt-Zollars Inc., are requesting preliminary plat approval for Lomas Encantadas 1F subdivision to create 41 residential lots and 4 tracts on the property legally described as Lomas Encantadas, Tract 13.

Applicant, the City of Rio Rancho, are requesting approval of an overlay zone for the Vista Entrada neighborhood to prevent further subdivision of lots and to establish new setback requirements.

The applicant, Eduardo C Valda, through his agent, Robert and Gregg Kantor, are requesting approval of a zone map amendment for the property legally described as RRE Unit 16, Block 59, Lot 46A-1, from R-1: Single Family Residential to NC: Neighborhood Commercial.

The applicant, Estrella Vista Development, Inc., through their agent Mark Goodwin & Associates, PA., are requesting preliminary plat approval for the Estrella Vista subdivision to create 28 residential lots and 2 tracts on property legally described as Unit 20, Block 136, Lots 8-17.

The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited and may also attend virtually. Materials related to this items are available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
