Vacation of Plat
Case #21-230-00001

The applicant, Abolera Del Este Homeowners’ Association Inc, through their agent, Spangler, Pacheco, & Werbelow, is requesting vacation of a portion of right-of-way for Vista De Colinas Dr SE and dedication to the Homeowners’ Association.

Zone Map Amendment
Case #21-100-00012

Applicant, Priority Development, Inc., through their agent, Huitt-Zollars, are requesting approval of a zone map amendment for Unit 25, Block 28, Lots 3-14, from TZ: Transitional Zoning, to R-4: Single Family Residential.

Master Plan
Request #21-400-00002

Applicant, Pierre Amestoy, through their agent, Consensus Planning Inc, requests master plan approval of the Tierra Del Norte Master Plan on the property legally described as Rio Rancho Estates Unit 13 Block 43 Lots 20-28 and 31-39, Block 44 Lots 22-42, and Block 45 Lots 22-31.

Case #21-110-00008

Applicant, Josh Dawson, is requesting approval of a variance to Chapter 154.50 which establishes a 10′ corner-side setback for an existing 594sf metal carport located in the side yard.

The meetings are scheduled for 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited and has the option to attend virtually or in person. Materials related to these items are available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
