Applicant, FNA LLC, and agent, Kula Partners LLC, are requesting zone map amendment approval to change the zoning from R-1: Single-Family Residential to R-4: Single-Family Residential on the property legally described as Rio Rancho Estates Unit 10 Block 24 Lots 63-72;74-75.

The applicant, Tyler Gerard, is requesting approval of a zone map amendment to change the zoning from SU: Special Use for Hotel and Restaurant to SU: Special Use for Multi-family and C-1: Retail Commercial uses at 1465 New Mexico Highway 528 SE, legally known as Unit 16, Lot F, Tract F.

The meetings are scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend. Materials related to these items are available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
