STATE OF NEW MEXICO to the following Respondents: All Unknown Heirs and Assigns of Unit 7 Partners, LLC and All Unknown Owners or Claimants of the Property Involved in the above-captioned case for Petition of Declaration of Eminent Domain and Condemnation (collectively, “Unknown Claimants”), GREETINGS:
You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled court and cause, the general object thereof being to quiet title in and to the following described real estate:
- LOT 16 IN BLOCK 22 OF RIO RANCHO ESTATES, UNIT 7, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT ENTITLED “S.W. PORTION OF UNIT SEVEN, RIO RANCHO ESTATES, TOWN OF ALAMEDA GRANT, SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO,” FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO ON DECEMBER 11, 1962, IN RIO RANCHO ESTATES PLAT BOOK NO. 1, PAGE 38.
That unless you enter your appearance in said cause on or before thirty (30) days after the last day of publication, judgment by default will be entered against you.
