Applicant, Land Development 2 LLC, and agent, Consensus Planning Inc, are requesting approval of a master plan, La Rambla de Rio Rancho, for the property commonly known as the Rio Rancho Golf Course.
Master Plan Amendment
Case #20-410-00004
Applicant, BGV Rio Rancho I, LLC, is requesting approval for an amendment to certain design standards as listed in Section E(3)(f) of the Broadmoor Heights Master Plan.
Zone Map Amendment

Applicant, AMREP Southwest, Inc. through their agent, Lastrapes, Spangler & Pacheco, P.A., are requesting a change in zoning from R-1: Single Family Residential to R-4: Single Family Residential for property legally known as Lomas Encantadas Subdivision, Tract 12 and Rio Rancho Estates, Unit 20, Block 155, Lots 13-17; 20-22; 24-27 and 29-41.
