PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Rio Rancho will consider the following matter at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 13, 2021:
Applicant, MVS Development LLC, through their agent, Mark Goodwin & Associations PA, requests preliminary plat approval for a 41 lot townhome subdivision on the property legally described as Rio Rancho Estates Unit 21 Block 22 Lots 51-57.
Request #20-210-00016 and Subdivision Variance Requests #20-280-00008 and #21-280-00001
The applicant, Pulte Group, through their agent, Bohannan Huston, are requesting preliminary plat approval for the Rainbow Subdivision to create 188 R-4: single-family residential lots from an existing two tracts on the property legally described as Rio Rancho Estates Unit 8, Block 70, Tracts A & B. The applicant and agent are requesting approval of two subdivision variances, one to Section 155.43 regarding 5 ft. minimum easements on side and rear lot lines, and the other to Section 155.46 regarding the acreage and dedication of park land to the City.
The applicant, City of Rio Rancho, requests a text amendment to the Rio Rancho Municipal Code, Title XV Land Usage, Chapter 154 Planning and Zoning, Sections 154.03, 154.05, 154.08, 154.09, 154.10, 154.11, 154.12, 154.13, and 154.70 for the clarification of Accessory Dwelling Unit regulations and standards.
The applicant, Daniel Griego, requests approval of a variance to the 15 ft. rear setback requirement listed in Chapter 154.50 for a proposed garage at 133 Sugar Ridge Loop SE.
The applicant, Coal Bank Holdings, Ltd., through their agent Mark Goodwin & Associates, PA., are requesting preliminary plat approval for Stonegate Phase 1 subdivision to create 84 residential lots and 5 tracts on the property legally described as Stonegate, Tract 2 and Stonegate Tract 8.
The meetings are scheduled for 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited and advised to attend virtually. Materials related to these items are available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
