The Governing Body of the City of Rio Rancho will consider the following matter at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 25, 2021:
Zone Map Amendment
Case #21-100-00005
Applicant, Amy Goldfarb, through her agent, Alexander Dzurec, are requesting approval of a zone map amendment to Plaza at Enchanted Hills, Tract A & B, to remove the metal building design standard as listed as 5(A) of Ordinance No. 92-023, as well as an adjustment to the parking standards for the site and to establish a site plan for the property.

Applicant, Tirol Housing LLC, through their agent, Consensus Planning, Inc., are requesting approval of a zone map amendment to Loma Colorado East, Tract 13, to add R-6: Multi-Family Residential District to the current SU: Special Use District zoning.

Applicant, Tirol Housing LLC, through their agent, Consensus Planning, Inc., are requesting approval of an amendment to the Loma Colorado Redevelopment Plan to reflect the proposed Zone Map Amendment to Tract 13 of Loma Colorado East, which would alter zoning tables and figures.
The meetings are scheduled for 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited and advised to attend virtually. Materials related to these items are available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
