PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Rio Rancho will consider the following matter at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23, 2021:
Preliminary and Final Plat
Applicant, James A Jones Jr, requests preliminary and final plat approval to alter the configuration of the existing building envelope on the property legally described as Ridgeline Estates Unit 1 Lot 20, addressed as 5924 Ridgeline Place NE.
Applicant, MVS Development LLC, through their agent, Mark Goodwin & Associations PA, requests preliminary plat approval for a 41 lot townhome subdivision on the property legally described as Rio Rancho Estates Unit 21 Block 22 Lots 51-57.
The applicant, Suez Development, through their agent Cartesian Surveys, Inc., are requesting preliminary plat approval for the Fleet Estates subdivision to create 19 residential lots from an existing 9 lots on the property legally described as Rio Rancho Estates Unit 13, Block 144, Lots 30, 32-34, and Unit 13, Block 145, Lots 6-10.
Applicant, Alan C. Boissy, is requesting approval of a variance to the 5′ side setback requirement as listed in Chapter 154.50 R-1 for a proposed carport in the side yard, located at 1102 Kathy Rd SE.
Applicant, Alan C. Boissy, is requesting approval of a variance to Chapter 154.70 (3) for a proposed carport which would exceed the allowable square feet for accessory buildings on the subject property at 1102 Kathy Rd SE.
Applicant, Michael W. Schramko, is requesting approval of a variance to the 5′ side setback requirement as listed in Chapter 154.50 R-1 for an existing covered patio structure in the side setback, located at 1765 Alpha Rd SE.
Applicant, Gabrielle Anzures, is requesting approval of a variance to the 2.5″ roof pitch requirement as listed in Chapter 154.60(A)(3)(a) for a single-family residence at 6345 Vatapa Rd NE
The meetings are scheduled for 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited and advised to attend virtually. Materials related to these items are available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
