The Governing Body of the City of Rio Rancho will consider the following matter at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 11, 2021:

Zone Map Amendment

Applicant, Los Diamantes, LLC, through their agent, Consensus Planning, Inc., are requesting a zone map amendment to amend the zoning of Los Diamantes Tract 3, and Unit 10, Block 64, Lot 15 from BP (Business Park) and R-1: Single-Family Residential to R-2: Single-Family Residential.
