Preliminary Plat

Applicant, Youngberg, LLP, through their agent, Mark Goodwin & Associates, PA, are requesting approval of a preliminary plat for the Stone Mountain subdivision, creating 106 lots on 14.41 acres zoned R-4: Single-Family Residential.
