The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Rio Rancho will consider the following matter at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2020:

Final Plat
Case #20-220-00009

Applicant, Sharif Rabadi is requesting approval of a Final Plat to combine five (5) lots into 14, for attached townhomes on the properties legally described as Unit 16, Block 79, Lots 1-14.

Zone Map Amendment
Case #20-100-00014

Applicant, AMREP Southwest, is requesting approval of a zone map amendment to change the zoning of Hawksite Tract 40 from R-1: Single-Family Residential District to R-3: Mixed Residential.

Preliminary Plat
Case #20-210-00008

Applicant, Youngberg, LLP, through their agent, Mark Goodwin & Associates, PA, are requesting approval of a preliminary plat for the Stone Mountain subdivision, creating 106 lots on 14.41 acres zoned R-4: Single-Family Residential.

The meetings are scheduled for 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend. Materials related to these items are available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
